Villa with pool for 5-8 people, in Gajac on the island of Pag, Croatia

Villa is located in the resort of Gajac, on the island of Pag. A completely renovated semi-detached house (2018) of about 90 sqm for 5-8 people with private pool. If you prefer sea baths, there is Gajac fine gravel beach within walking distance. The house consists of a kitchen with dining area, living room, hall and two bedrooms and bathroom.
 
Other: No rent for youth groups.

Living room and kitchen is an open space area with three beds (a sofa bed for two persons 160cm, and a couch 90cm)
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, micro, fridge freezer, wine cooler, coffee maker etc.
Bedroom 1: King size bed
Bedroom2: Bunk bed and a single bed
Bathroom: WC and shower
Bed linen and towels are included. You bring your own beach towels.
Air conditioning available.

In the garden there is hammock, garden furniture, sun loungers, umbrella and lovely shade under the olive trees, perfect for a siesta in the hammock.
The swimming pool is 3.5 x 7 m, and 1.5 m deep, and in use from May to September. The whole garden is surrounded by walls and is therefore also excellent for children.
Free parking is available in front of the house on the street.

The owner lives on the property in adjoining apartment with separate entrance.
The pool and the garden are maintained by the owner or by a hired company.

Distance to Gajac's fine gravel / sandy beach is about 200 m. On the beach there are cafés and restaurants serving, among other things, 'today's lunch' at favorable prices. The Jumbopizza is also recommended. There is also a playground in the shade for the youngest, and trampolines for the bigger children.
The distance to the center is about 100m, with cafés, a bakery, a grocery store and an ice cream bar.

    “Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und die Einrichtung ist neuwertig und sehr sauber. Es ist das einzige Haus mit eigenem Pool in diesem Viertel; wir haben zumindest keinen anderen gesehen.

    Die Eltern der Vermieterin wohnen nebenan und haben immer ein offenes Ohr für Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Gäste.”
