This holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautiful family house in a small village. At your disposal are three bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room. The spacious terrace is ideal for enjoying morning coffee. The last approx. 400 m of the way leading to the object are not paved. The place is ideal for a holiday away from the city noise and for walks in the idyllic countryside. The resort of Duga Uvala with its beautiful beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. We recommend exploring the area and visiting some of the places like Fazana, Brijuni National Park, Pula, Cape Kamenjak or Rovinj.

    “Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung , abseits vom Massentourismus.Ruhig ,direkt im Grün gelegen.
    Keine Hauptstraße oder Autolärm der stört.
    Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Uns fehlte es wirklich an nichts.
    Auch die Außenanlage ist gepflegt und umzäunt, so das wir mit unserem 2. Jährigen Sohn keine Angst haben mussten.
    Eine überdachte Terrasse ließ ein gemütlichen Zusammensitzen bis tief in die Nacht zu.

    Wir hatten erst bedenken, da die Vermieterin mit im Haus lebt (Obergeschoss),
    aber wir wurden von der 1. Sekunde an positiv überrascht.
    Nicht nur, dass die nette Dame perfekt Deutsch sprach, sie hat uns jederzeit unseren Freiraum gelassen , war nicht aufdringlich oder neugierig.
    Bei jeder Frage oder Problem war sie stets freundlich und hilfsbereit zur Seite.
    Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.”
