Faye Villa is a detached villa with a private pool, perched on a hilltop with breathtaking views of the Libyan Sea. It is located just 3 kilometers from Ammoudi and 4 kilometers from the enchanting Lake of Preveli, where you can find quaint taverns and a mini-market for your basic provisions. This villa features 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people, making it a perfect escape for a family or a group of friends. Moreover, the villa is just a short walk away from the beach.



On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious sitting and dining room adorned with a fireplace and a TV corner, all of which open onto a beautiful veranda with patio furniture that overlooks the mesmerizing Libyan Sea. A few steps from the veranda lead down to the private pool and the enchanting garden adorned with lush plants and colorful flowers. The same floor hosts an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and chairs, fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and a coffee maker. There is also a convenient shower room with a WC on this level.



An internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where the two bedrooms are located. One bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the other offers two single beds. These bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom, and both have access to a spacious balcony equipped with patio furniture, offering superb views of the sea.



A car is considered essential for exploring the area and the entire island. The villa boasts a private swimming pool measuring 3x7 meters with a depth of 1.4 meters and a separate kids' pool with a depth of 0.5 meters.
