This modern furnished, 160m² holiday apartment is only 7 minutes walk from the old town of Trogir. The nearest beach is only 0.5 km from the property.

The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a three-storey family house. The owner lives on the first floor, the second floor of the building is not occupied.

It is fully equipped and it's been recently renovated (2015). It offers 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven persons: the 1st bedroom has a double bed and view to the Cathedral of St.Lawrence, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed plus 1 single bed and exit to the terrace. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and view to the garden. There is a long hallway, 1 bathroom (bathtub, brand new washing machine, hair dryer, free toiletries), an excercise/ childrens' playroom, and a spacious living room (TV Sat, Air Conditioning, stereo), a brand new kitchen (dish washer, kettle, oven etc.). Wi-Fi is included in the rental fee.

The apartment has use of a huge private terrace (34m2) with garden furniture and sunshade, a communal garden (800m2), a paved yard (70m2) and an outdoor self-standing grill-house. 3 parking spaces are available. There also is a playground for children.

2 bicycles are available free of charge. Children and pets are very welcome.

The property is situated in very quiet and safe neighbourhood, surrounded by family houses. Everything needed for a pleasant stay is just around the corner. Trogir has a high concentration of palaces, churches, and towers, and in 1997 was inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List. You can take a guided tour and learn all about the history or you can take a walk on your own. The town is very small, so I would advise you to try to get lost. You will stumble across many interesting things: Village Seget, a fishermen small town, is just a 15 minutes walk or 10 minutes away from city center, if you take a taxi boat. Village Seget is a recreational center for the city. It is also the setting for numerous beaches, jogging trails and walking paths, all surrounded by the scenic forest.
