This house is on the south coast of the island of Madeira near Ribeira Brava, only about five kilometres from the sea as the crow flies.
The house has two floors. The ground floor of around 60m² has the relaxation area, comprising a living room, dining space, a WC and a kitchen. There is also an adjoining laundry room. The living room has big doors with access to a large balcony with a view of the sea. It has a big corner sofa and a TV. The dining room has a table with six chairs. The fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of natural light is equipped with all the necessary electric appliances. All the rooms are generous and flooded with daylight. The first floor of 60m² has three bedrooms, one with its own bathroom and the other with a shower. Here there is also a second TV room. "
The garden has plenty of garden furniture. A special feature is the big terrace with a panoramic view.
