The newly built villa in Kavran, close to Krnica, which extends over 950 square meters of private land, is a modern building that exudes luxury and cosiness. A manicured grass spreads throughout the villa, creating a perfect green oasis for sunbathing. You can relax on a covered terrace with wonderful panoramic sea views. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

Outdoor pool (6 m x 4 m, depth 1,5 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to the end of September.
