Quietly situated holiday house near the beach with a private pool, on the island Murter

This detached house is situated near the beach in a quiet location, on a road with little traffic in the main town Murter. Right nearby lies the “pearl of Dalmatia“, Kornati National Park.

The holiday house provides a total living space of 180m² and with four bedrooms and two bathrooms it can accommodate eight persons. The 80m² ground floor comprises a living room with an integrated kitchen, a flatscreen TV and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and dining space. There are two adjoining bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. You can also find a little fitness room, a sauna and a whirlpool. The two other bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds and the bathrooms are upstairs. The air conditioning in the house has a hot and cold function. There are also electric convection radiators for heating. Use of a washing machine and the Internet are included in the rental price.

The gem in the outdoor area is your private swimming pool measuring 9.8 x 3.5 metres. The pool terrace provides comfortable loungers, so you can sunbathe after a cool dip. There is also a practical solar shower. From the two upper balconies, which include lounge furniture, you can look down onto the pool area and see the sea in the distance. You can also withdraw here to read or enjoy a cup of coffee in peace. On the front side of the house there is a further sitting area with a wooden table and two benches. The site is fenced and can be closed off by a gate, so it is suitable for a holiday with children and dogs. The private parking space is on site.

Pets are allowed on request and for a fee.

The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is about 600 metres away. There are many cafes, restaurants and little souvenir stalls around the main square with all essentials. The sandy beach is about 450 metres away.

The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
