The standig individually villa, built in 2010 and renovated in 2014 is modern, luxury and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a holiday complex, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, hollywood swing, fire place and court.

Montefiascone, 600 m above sea level. The villa is located in a holiday complex, on a 11000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. Rental of the villa only to groups (unaccompanied by adults) under the age of 25 must be agreed with the property, which reserves the right to refuse the reservation.The villa is located on the top of a hill surrounded by greenery with an enchanting view of Lake Bolsena and neighboring valleys and hills of Tuscia, Tuscany and Umbria, a short distance from the town so munch so that the center of Montefiascone and tha main services are easily reachable even by walking but despite this location is extremely quiet. The Villa, with its dominant position, is the ideal place to admire enchanting sunsets over the lake. The Villa is made up of 4 large independent apartments which can all be reached by internal staircase.
