The house is of a high standard, has a lovely view of the fjord and a terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The view can also be enjoyed from the outdoor hot tub which is sunk down into a hole in the rock. Only 3km from the centre of Risr and its many attractions and activities, such as festivals, museums, guided walks, cafes, tennis, golf and sandy beaches. Many good excursions along the south coast, such as to Tvedestrand, Arendal and Kristiansand. Neighbour: 30m. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 all have their own open loft with a good mattress on the floor.
