Pleasing Holiday Home in Syddanmark near Sea

Approx. 60 m from the sea on the northern part of Langeland is this cottage on two levels. On the ground floor you will find the large combined living / dining room, where there is direct access to the house's large solarium / terrace. The living room has i.a. TV, internet and wood burning stove for a cool evening. Large kitchen, richly equipped with i.a. american fridge with large freezer, ceramic hob and dishwasher. Large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower as well as both washer and dryer. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating. The large double bedroom with elevation and good closet space is also on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are two large bedrooms as well as a large repos where there is an additional TV. From here you can enjoy the beautiful view from the large panoramic windows. There is a heated annex with two beds. The house has a large enclosed solarium, part of which is covered. Solgården provides shelter and cosiness all year round, and there is direct access to an extra bathroom. In the solarium, garden furniture and a barbecue have been set up. The house is located at 1810 m & # 178; natural plot with trees. From the house there is a direct path down to the water, and during the summer period a jetty has been set up, which you as a guest can use. Not for rent to youth groups.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
