Wonderful Apartment in Schröcken with Private Parking and Wonderful View

The house is situated in Schröcken, on the Nesslegg sunny plateau at 1500 metres above sea level. The Warth-Schröcken ski resort, Ski Arlberg, is just four minutes from the house. Right by the access to the ski resort, at Salober, there is the Salober Schröcken ski school with a special children’s area. There are also winter hiking trails and cross-country skiing pistes by the Salober valley station. The house stands in a quiet location, amidst nature with a wonderful view of the mountain panorama.

The house offers a total of five holiday apartments for 4 to 8 people. This apartment is on the first floor and has three separate bedrooms (one double room, one three-bed room, one twin room), as well as a shower room with a WC and a further separate WC. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine and capsules machine, toaster, kettle, mixer, egg boiler, crockery, pans, glasses etc. A big corner bench provides ample seating for up to 12 people. Children’s beds and a highchair can be provided free of charge. The whole househas free Wi-Fi access with excellent reception. Towels, bed linen and tea towels are included in the price.

The sunny balcony is accessed from two of the bedrooms and the living room-kitchen. There are parking spaces right by the house. There is a lawn by the house that can be used at any time. There is a little mountain stream near the house that is a true natural adventure playground for children: building dams, tossing stones into the water or simply for cooling off.

Our tap water has a high drinking water quality. In winter we recommend that guests have snow chains. The clearing of the main and local roads is well-organised. We are at 1500 metres above sea level, where it can snow a lot in a short period of time and owing to rapid temperature changes the roads can be very slippery.

In summer it is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountaineering tours. Outdoor action and adventure such as canyoning and climbing are available in Schröcken. The hiking region is practically on the doorstep. It is 45 minutes to Körbersee, which was voted as the most beautiful place in Austria in October 2017 on the ORF TV show “9 Plätze 9 Schätze”. The ski bus stop is right near the house, with free and convenient connections to the Ski Arlberg ski resort. You can either take the ski bus back from the ski resort, or ski back along the new village downhill piste practically to the doorstep.
