Light and bright First floor one bedroom apartment in a historic building The apartment building is situated in Torquay in the far south west of England. The area which also comprises the towns of Paignton and Brixham is collectively known as The English Riviera and is clustered around the beautiful Tor Bay. The property is located in the Wellswood area of Torquay. This is a sought after, leafy residential area and is just a five minute drive from the town and the harbour. The area features a pub, post office, delicatessen, restaurants, cafes, pharmacist, beauty salons, convenience store and much else besides.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of the building and is accessed via the grand stair case. It is comprised of a romantic tower bedroom with triple aspect windows.The double bed has a high quality mattress and all bedding and towels are included in the rate. For guests staying more than seven nights, we offer a complimentary bedding and towel change as well as a light clean. There is a shower room and a kitchen which has a stove, cooker, microwave and a dishwasher. The apartment also has a living space which includes a dining area. The apartment overlooks the front of the property and as it is south facing it is always light and bright.



The apartments benefit from substantial grounds that surround the property. This means that on sunny afternoons it is always possible to find a secluded spot to stretch out and enjoy a lazy hour or two sunbathing.



The property is a short drive from the centre of Torquay (about 5 minutes). There is an abundance of public transport available. For example, the nearest bus stop is only five minutes away on foot and will give access to a network that will enable a visitor to explore across the whole English Riviera as well as to places beyond such as Dartmouth, Totnes, Exeter and Plymouth. With "Wellswood Village" being so close by visitors have access to an incredible range of amenities without the need of having to get in their car.
