Large and welcoming apartment located in an old village dating back to the 17th century nearby Anghiari. The village is made up of seven houses, carefully restructured to keep the original charm and character of the area.
The "Dolce Vita" apartment offers a very comfortable interior, tastefully furnished in a typical Tuscan style.
Access to the property is via a short stretch of dirt road, which is not suitable for low reaching/sports cars.

Available to guests: outdoor furnished area, swimming pool for shared use among all of the guests of the village (16 x 5m – minimum depth 0.3 m – maximum depth 1.5 m ), outdoor shower within reach of the swimming pool, communal barbecue and wood burning oven.

    “Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail in einer sehr ansprechenden Mischung aus toskanischem und modernem Stil eingerichtet. Schon nach wenigen Minuten haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist neu und sehr sauber. Es liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt und bietet einem daher Ruhe und Erholung. Supermarkt und Stadtzentrum sind dennoch in kürzester Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Häuschen liegt innerhalb der Anlage zwischen anderen Häusern und dem Parkplatz. Daher trifft man aufgrund des "Durchgangsverkehrs" oft auf Nachbarn die das Haus passieren um zum Parkplatz zu gelangen. Von der Bank vor der Hauswand hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über die Umgebung. Die Einrichtung bietet darüber hinaus alles, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Besonders die Küche ist mit vielen nützlichen Utensilien ausgestattet, sodass es einem beim Kochen an nichts fehlt. Spül- und Waschmaschine erleichtern einem zudem den Alltag. Der Gemeinschaftspool liegt nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Ausflugsziele wie Pisa, San Gimignano und Florenz sind innerhalb von 1.5 - 2 h mit dem Auto erreichbar. Neben der Unterkunft selbst hat uns die Betreuung durch den Vermieter einen unvergesslichen Urlaub bereitet. Aufgeschlossen, hilfsbereit und freundlich stand er uns während unseres Aufenthaltes zur Seite. Wundervoll.”
