It consist of a kitchen with dining table and a sofa bed, two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 2 separate beds, with exit to the balcony. There are two bathrooms: one with tub and the other with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and private parking in front of the house. In just 5 minutes walk you can reach the Bay of St. Martin, where you will find a beautiful, newly renovated beach with beach bar and lot of shade.

    “Ausstattung: gut, leider kein Besen vorhanden, Badewannenstöpsel erst auf Nachfrage. Kinderstühle wurden zugesagt aber nicht gebracht. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet.
    Lage: sehr ruhig, schöne Gegend
    Sauberkeit: mangelhaft. Die Böden waren ohne Schuhe nicht begehbar, der Duschabfluss mit Haaren verstopft
    Zustand: zum Teil unfertig eingerichtet (Lampen nicht montiert, Möbelmantageanleitungen, Kabel, Schrauben in den Schubladen). Sehr bequeme Betten, viele Handtücher.
