The villa boasts a living area of 220 m² and can accommodate up to ten persons in five bedrooms.
You'll enjoy a deep sleep or an afternoon nap in one of the three double bedrooms situated on the ground floor, two of which have their own en-suite bathroom with a shower, plus one bathroom that comes equipped with a washing machine.
Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms and an entertainment area with a flat screen TV and gaming consoles: Ps3 and Wii.
Downstairs is a perfect oasis for lounging and delicious meals: and open plan living area with an open fireplace and flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.
Relax and enjoy around your private 24 sqm (7.5m x 3.7 m) swimming pool. The fully enclosed garden also offers a barbecue grill and outdoor dining area with deckchairs and garden furniture.
