Die Finca Can Romero befindet sich in der Ebene um Campos im Süden von Mallorrca. Nach Campos beträgt die Entfernung ca. 6 km. Die weitläufigen Strände im Süden der Insel sind schnell zu erreichen und auch zu den kleinen Buchten im Osten ist die Fahrtzeit nur kurz.Auf einem mehr als 10.000 qm großen Gelände steht das im mallorquinischen Stil neu errichtete Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend.Auf 230 qm Wohnfläche, die sich über zwei Etagen verteilen, verfügt die Finca Romero im Erdgeschoss über 2 Schlafzimmer, eines davon mit Bad ensuite, Wohnzimmer und eine Küche mit Essbereich und Kamin. In der oberen Etage befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer, alle Räume mit AC. Die Finca bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen und ein Kleinkind.Mehrere Terrassen, teilweise überdacht, und eine Grillecke bieten viel Raum für den Aufenthalt im Freien. Im idyllische Garten befindet sich ein 10 m x 5m großer Pool, der von einer Liegewiese umgeben ist.Das Haus bietet die Möglichkeit, den Mietwagen/ e-car auf dem Grundstück aufzuladen.
