Pure leisure in nature – arrive and feel at home at our holiday house
The house is in a quiet and sunny location, a pure idyll of nature.
The house totals around 93m² on two floors, with a 30m² cellar and a 22m² garage. It has oil central heating and comprises a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, two WCs, three bedrooms and a storage room. Table football is available.
The site measures 210m². It includes a ca. 24m² terrace with a table and chairs, a garden with a pool, deckchairs and parasols, a trampoline, and two balconies. There are go-karts for children aged 3-6 years and for those above 6 years of age, as well as bicycles for adults and children.
The very popular Drau cycle path is about 100 metres from the house. Near the house you can find many hiking paths, the ski resort Hochpustertal in Sillian, the Helm ski resort in South Tyrol with access to Vierschach, a large ski resort (ski carousel) with around 93 kilometres of pistes, a cross-country skiing trail etc.
