Three bedroom holiday apartment rental located on a 3rd. floor in the Ferrera Park complex, in Cala Ferrera, Cala D'Or. The complex has a community pool and direct access to the sea from the rocks. The sandy beach Cala Ferrera is only 5 minutes' walk.

From the door there is access to an open area with kitchen area -with a dining table-, and the living room that has access to a balcony with frontal garden views and partial sea views at one side. There are two double bedrooms and two shower-rooms -one of them is en-suite. An spiral staircase takes to the upper open bedroom which is very spacious. There is a double bed and a sitting area with a sofa, TV with english and german channels and a Bluetooth speaker.
