Casa del' Arte is a three level, three bedroom, 250 sq.m., modern luxury villa in the Venetian villa of Roussospiti with great views and a unique private art collection.
It has a private 35sq.m. swimming pool surrounded by a wooden deck, a private garage and a rich garden with trees and roses. There are many covered areas, such as balconies, verandas and patio and most of them have great sea view.
On the ground floor there is the private garage and the large lawn garden with the trees and the roses.
On the middle floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room and an even larger living room with two comfortable sofas, arm-chairs, a 42' flat satellite tv, a fireplace and a library of many foreign language books, a collection of music cds and film dvds and board games. A shared wc is to be found here.
On the top floor you will find the master bedroom with a flat satellite tv, its en suite bathroom and a sea view large veranda. There are two more bedrooms and a large bathroom and another sea view veranda.
All bedrooms has individual controlled air condition units.
On the exterior areas you can find the covered sea view veranda, a private yard with a stone-built barbeque and wooden tables, stools and chairs. A traditional Cretan wooden pergola is to be found here with two traditional wooden sofas and large table.
All possible accessories are provided, such as, safe, cosmetics collection, towels, hair dryers, free wifi, sat tv, dvd and cd player, table tennis and of course a rich welcome basket with traditional Cretan products.
On a walking distance from the villa, the guest will find traditional tavernas, mini market and many walking routes inside the Venetian village of Roussospiti, and towards the nearby villages and to the beautiful Vrisinas mountain.
There is a bus stop just 30 metres away. The villa is 6 km from Rethymno town with its organized sandy beach and the famous day and night life. The area has many byzantine churches and monasteries that is worth visiting. Another Venetian settlement is to be found inside the Mili gorge, just 2km away and don't miss the war museum in Chromonastiri Venetian village just 3km away.
