Exceptional holiday house in the midst of Bavaria

The generous house is very close to the medieval town centre of Freystadt, with great shops, restaurants, a pilgrimage church, plenty of nature and a wide range of sports

The property provides several bedrooms and beds, two bathrooms, a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen, an extensive living room with a fireplace, a room with a pool table, a sauna. The interor is of a high standard. There is also a self-contained apartment in the basement, which is included in the rental on agreement. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and its own entrance, with a connecting door to the main apartment.

It is surrounded by a large, beautifully planted garden with a pond, trampoline and football ground with two goals, as well as hammocks, ideal for family gatherings and sports enthusiasts. You can use the extensive garden for time out. If you fancy it, you can help with work in the garden, under instruction.

Despite the proximity to the medieval town centre, you can find peace and quiet here. The area is ideal for cycling and inline skating, with many cycling paths. It is 10-30 minutes from the Fränkischer Seenland with its lakes (Rothsee, Brombachsee, Altmühlsee…). Nürnberg is about 30 minutes away along the nearby motorway A9.

    “Ausgesprochen gepflegtes, großzügiges, älteres Haus. Sanitärräume und Küche sind neu renoviert, optimal eingerichtet. Wunderbarer, weitläufiger Garten mit Freisitz und Terrasse, ruhig gelegen, die Bezeichnung "Auszeitoase" ist zutreffend. Sehr freundliche, kooperative Vermieter.”
