Total restored earlier boat house with own bathing- and fishingjetty, there is a fantastic view over the fiord of Hamne. There is a steep stairs in the house. Close to the Akvarell museum and a large offers of activities.

    “Lage direkt am Wasser mit toller Terrasse auf der Westseite, die aber mit Egentümerin und weiteren Mietern zu teilen ist. Nachteilig ist, dass die Hauptstraße auf der Ostseite an der Hauswand entlang führt. Die Ausstattung z.T. unzureichend (nur 3 Teller) zum Teil mit Sperrmüllcharakter (Sofa, Esstischlampe...).
