Pleasant Holiday Apartment in Malosco with Large Garden

The old farmhouse was built around 1700. It is in the centre of the little village Malosco, in the midst of the past and present mountain culture.

Casa Patrizia rooms & apartments offers all guests a large garden with tables and chairs, parasols and deckchairs. A common room and sitting corners are also available for leisurely hours. Parking is free.

Apartment no. 2 of around 45m² is on the first floor and is suitable for 2-4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a twin bedroom, with access to the balcony. The living room includes a kitchen unit with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cookware, glasses and crockery. There are two bathrooms with a shower and WC. The TV has Italian and German channels. Free Wi-Fi is available. An iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning products are provided. A cot and highchair are available on request. Bedlinen, towels and kitchen towels are included in the rental price.

The property is a characteristic mountain farmhouse in a sunny location. Everything is within reach. The forest and the mountains, the riding stables and the golf course. You can go fishing and visit the canyon, go cycling or mountain biking. You can walk on a different mountain pasture every day and enjoy homemade specialities. You can visit the lakes Smeraldosee and Tovelsee. The pilgrimage destination S. Romedio and Castel Thun are also worth a visit, to name but a couple. You can also go on day trips to Meran, Bozen, Trento, Innsbruck, Verona and Lake Garda.
