The comfortable semi-detached house Chalet Rüssji, which means "the rushing brook", is waiting for your visit. Relax on the large common sun terrace with two seats.
The wonderful view over the Bietschorn and the Valais mountains invites you to stay and enjoy. Next to the Rüssji runs a mountain stream, which has a lot of water, especially in spring, and provides with its splashing for even more relaxation.
The semi-detached house is tastefully and lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay in the beautiful Valais. On the second floor you will find the living room with a fireplace, the large kitchen with a hatch to the living room with dining area and a bathroom. If you go to the second floor you will find the two bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other bedroom there is a double bed and a bunk bed. Furthermore, the second floor has a bathroom.
It is worth mentioning that the apartment is accessed through its own garage, which means that in winter there is no need to wipe snow from the roof or scrape ice, and in summer the car never gets too hot. But the access is also possible via an outside staircase. In winter you can reach the ski slopes in 30 meters.

Summer

The region of Bürchen will captivate you with its Valais charm. Healthy, smog-free alpine air in summer and a breathtaking panorama prevail here.
End your summer day with a walk through dreamy alleys and visit a restaurant that will serve your favorite drop for dinner. In Bürchen you will feel at home, whether you are a hiker, a biker, a mountaineer or simply a bon vivant.
Situated in the heart of the Upper Valais, Bürchen is especially suitable in summer to visit some neighboring regions: the Aletsch Glacier, the towns of Saas-Fee, Zermatt, Leukerbad, Brigerbad or Visp. Also other worth seeing, typical Valaisian villages are only a stone's throw away from Bürchen and Unterbäch. Recommended tips are the marked 500km hiking trails or 70km mountain bike trails, Nordic walking trails, various theme trails or the ?Suonen?, the historic irrigation channels in the Valais.

Winter

Your vacation region offers a family-friendly skiing area and has made a name for itself precisely for this. Away from the big hustle and bustle on the slopes of the big winter destinations, the conditions on the 25 kilometers of slopes are still pleasant and clear. The ski region offers a fantastic range of skiing for winter sports fans from young to old.
In winter, high up in the mountains, you always have a free run on the best ski and snowboard slopes in Switzerland, and in summer you have many days for the most fantastic excursions in the great outdoors. Whether for skiing, snowshoeing, sledding fun or leisurely walks in the snow, this canton offers you perfect conditions for relaxing days in the mountains. Experience, for example, the rapid toboggan run on the 5.5km long route from the MOOSALP to Bürchen (Egga). You can reach the MOOSALP either on foot or with the Alpuschnaager.
Snow-covered trees, wide expanses of snow and a wonderful panorama invite you to extensive snowshoe tours or peaceful winter hikes. Enjoy the tranquility, recharge your batteries and soak up the beauty of nature on one of the winter hikes. The well-maintained hiking trails of the Moosalp region will take you to the most beautiful viewpoints of the region.
