This renovated house, located on a hilly nature plot, has been furnished with attention to every detail. The lovely jacuzzi bath at the window facade offers a beautiful view. On the open and roofed terraces, you can enjoy the flair, almost similar to southern Europe. The house comprises of a French-inspired open plan living and kitchen area and a cosy fireplace in the living room with a beautiful panoramic view. Another small living room has a fireplace and a library. The house has 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and a jacuzzi bath. The flat-screen television receives many channels. You can enjoy an unlimited internet facility. This fantastic house is surrounded by a terrace. The garden has a small pond. The beach is just a few minutes away by walking. Ordrup with cafes and shopping facilities is a short distance away. Golf courses and other leisure activities are also nearby. This house is close to the hilly Veddinge Bakker, a vast area close to forest and beach. Steep slopes lead to the bay. The 89 metre elevation, Esterhøj, offers a unique and beautiful view. You can see a total of 27 churches, including the cathedral of Roskilde from the 121 metre high Vesterhøj. A Dracula is known to live at the foot of Vesterhøj and guard a massive gold treasure. Findings from the stone age were recovered from Naebbet, the extreme tip of Ordrup Naes. Ordrup, with a climate similar to the summer in south Europe, is close by. Here you can shop around and visit the coffee houses. There are several sandy beaches on the varied coastline of the bay and you can see many estates in the inland. You can enjoy organic food in the Dragsholm Castle. Visit the Summerland Sjælland and the beautiful harbour Rørvig. Sejerø offers beautiful nature, megalithic tombs and a church with fresco. You can go hiking and bird watching in Nekselø.
