Villa Solea is a real Sicilian gem with 5 bedrooms, boasting superb views across the southern Sicilian countryside to the sea and inland towards the pretty Baroque town of Ispica. The property has generous accommodation offering comfort and all mod-cons to ensure your every holiday need is catered for.

Entry takes you into a large open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area complete with fireplace. The lounge has French doors which open out onto terraces on both sides of the room and there is ample seating for everyone.

At the rear of the lounge is a corridor where you will find four double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Four bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and the fifth has a dedicated shower room. There is one further bathroom off the lounge area for everyone to share.

Externally, the house is surrounded by well-tended gardens and grassy lawns bordering part of the fabulous infinity pool, where you will undoubtedly spend a lot of time. There is also a small gym for those wishing to stay in shape during their stay and a table tennis table for hours of family tournaments. If this is not enough, to the rear of the property there is a floodlit five-aside football pitch with tennis court.

A spacious and covered pool-side dining area completes the picture – here there is good-sized barbecue and an external kitchen allowing you to cook and eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in the wonderful warm air. What more could you ask for?


The house is situated on a hilltop just outside Ispica where you will find a good selection of restaurants, shops and bars. The beaches of Santa Maria del Focallo and the increasingly popular beach at Porto Ulisse with its bar and lido are just a short drive away. Stunning Baroque towns such as Modica, Ragusa, Noto and Siracusa are all within easy reach for day trips should you manage to drag yourself away from this stunning property for a few hours.

    “A fantastic villa with everything you need to have a relaxed and fun vacation with your family, offering a pool, table tennis, tennis, football and a small playhouse for the kids. The villa was in spotless condition and nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool was perfect for kids and adults, with a lower level and a deep end. The owners of the house made this stay even more fantastic with their hospitality and treating us with a great tasting welcome dinner. We can definitely recommend this villa and would love to come back!”

    “We stayed in this beautiful villa for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. We were a group of ten friends but the house never felt crowded as every couple had their own en-suite bedroom. The house was clean and looked exactly as in the pictures.
    The owners were very welcoming and easy to get in contact with if we had any questions. When we arriverat theyhad preparerade a welcoming meal for us which we appreciated very much.
    The pool and the area around it were perfect when we wanted to relax but we could also use the tennis court or tabletennis table when we wanted to do some sports. And everything was in good condition.
    The villa was perfect to stay in when we Explorer the south part of Sicilien. However, we noticed that not many tourists have found this part of the island.
    We definitely look forward to our next stay in this villa and strongly recommend it!”

    “Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir haben das Haus mit acht Personen bewohnt und es gab jede Menge Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig und der Garten ist sehr geschmackvoll angelegt. Erwähnenswert ist auch die grosse Aussenküche mit angrenzendem Grillplatz. Einfach hervorragend. Der Pool ist sehr groß und man hat von dort einen tollen Ausblick. Highligt ist natürlich der private Tennisplatz, der allerlings etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Hervorheben muss man den herzlichen Empfang durch die Eigentümer-Familie. Bei Ankunft war der Tisch gedeckt und es gab allerlei Köstlichkeiten. Pizza, selbst gebackenes Brot, Kuchen, Wein, Oliven, frisches Obst und Gemüse ...einfach toll!
    Das Objekt ist absolut empfehlenswert!”

    “Das Haus entspricht genau wie auf den Fotos, vor Ort ist diese Villa noch atemberaubender! Die Villa ist sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und hat genug Platz für 8-10 Personen, sogar ausreichend Badezimmer vorhanden, auch draußen am Pool! Der Ausblick war grandios und um die Villa war keine Seele da, das heiß, man konnte sich austoben und es störte keinen.
    Der Pool ist riesig, die Tennisanlage und Tischtennisplatte sind neu bzw. gut erhalten. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Auch gab es ein super Empfang mit gekochtem Essen, Käseplatte, Wein, Obst und Brot, besser geht es gar nicht. :)
    Wir würden jederzeit diese Villa buchen.
    Tipp: Die Villa ist ohne Auto schwer zu erreichen, daher ist ein Auto ein muss.”

    “Super mooi, strak, schoon, netjes, compleet huis. En een mooi, schoon en groot zwembad waar je heerlijk af kon koelen nadat je de nodige calorieën had verbruikt op de tennisbaan. Ook de welkomscake, gedekte tafel, gevulde fruitschaal en de schoonmaak tussendoor waren erg positief! De ligging van het huis is op een berg waardoor het uitzicht fenomenaal is als je op de rand van het zwembad hangt. In één woord: geweldig.”
