A 5 minutes walk will take you to the Hahnenkamm gondola and the ski school. Skiing is fun on the slopes of Kitzbühel - Kirchberg. The town center at 100 m is lively and fun. There is a golf course at 1 km to try and a lake at 2 km to refresh with a swim. You can stock your pantry from supermarket at 2 km. You can take the ski bus 300 m away, ski lift is available at 600 m.
The open kitchen is well-equipped with all modern amenities like electric kettle, cooker, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. You can enjoy your breakfast in the living-bedroom with a 3-seater dining table and watch TV for a while. Safe parking is also arranged.
