Enjoy the peace of the countryside in this beautiful villa with private pool on the outskirts of Lloseta. It sleeps 6 guests.

Outside this beautiful villa you will be able to enjoy a nice swim in the private chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 3 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 0.6 to 1.8 metres. You'll also find 3 sunloungers around where you can bask in the sun although you can also relax on the 2 Bali beds. From the pool and down some steps you'll reach the porch which is perfect for your meals and BBQs alfresco or to have a drink in the evening. There also is an equipped terrace in another corner of the house. The property is fenced and offers 4000 m2.

The house comprises 2 floors. On the first floor you have the living room -with AC and satellite TV, located by the kitchen. This is equipped with a ceramic hob and linked to the living through a marble peninsula. Two steps from here lead to the dining room, equipped also with AC and with access to the pool. The 4 bedrooms in the house, all of them with AC and 3 with a closet, are on the ground floor. Three of them have a double bed and the last one has twin beds. The window in one of the bedrooms with a full-size bed has views to the inside although it offers exit to the terrace. In addition, two bedrooms offer an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there are 2 more bathrooms with a shower, one on each floor. A baby cot and a high chair are available. You'll also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The property is located on the outskirts of Lloseta, a town that emanates the peace and quiet atmosphere of a typical Mallorcan village. You'll find the needed services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. However, Inca -with many more services and its traditional street market on Thursday mornings- is only a 5 minutes drive away. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia, about 32 km from the house.

    “Grundsätzlich ein schönes Ferienhaus, mit guter Lage, Palma, Strand in ca. 30 min zu erreichen, Berge sind nah!
    Ausstattung war ok, leider nur in der Küche nicht, Haus für 8 Mann aber nur 7 große Teller und 7 Messer vorhanden, die eine oder andere kleinere Schüssel wäre schön, Töpfe auch nur 2 und ein Milchtopf!!
    Super war der Kicker und die Tischtennisplatte!”

    “Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. In gutem Zustand und liebevoll eingerichtet.
    Schlafzimmer könnten etwas größer sein, wenig Staumöglichkeit
    Außerhalb vom Ort, nur Fincas in der näheren Umgebung.
    Einziges Manko: viel Hundegebell, leider auch nachts!”

    “Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut und auch Sauber.
    Die Lage ist ganz okay, nach Inca ca. 5 min mit dem Auto.
    Der Garten ist sehr groß, jedoch sehr verwildert.
    Leider sind in Nachbarschaft sehr viele Hunde die rund um die Uhr am bellen sind.”
