Apartment for a holiday in the Eifel

The house is on the outskirts of Dahlem-Schmidtheim in a beautiful and quiet location. It is at the heart of the Eifel by Höhenberg and offers an optimal starting point for trips into nature, cultural visits, hiking and cycling tours, as well as many other recreational and sports activities for all ages.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and a dining corner, a bathroom and a kitchen, totaling around 75m² of living space for 2-6 people. The contemporary apartment is fully-furnished and is situated on the ground floor. The entrance is to the rear of the house facing the garden and south. The apartment is non-smoking. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and radio. One of the bedrooms and the living room have a TV with a satellite receiver and DVD player. The bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer, as well as a washing machine and a clothes stand.

For summer days, there is an outdoor seating area with garden furniture and a parasol, as well as a grill. The property comprises around 6000m² of garden with a ca. 80m² natural pond. You can share use of the garden at your own risk. Free parking spaces are available.

Towels and bed linen can be provided on request.

It is easy to get here by car and by train. The local train station is within about 1km on foot. There are shops and restaurants within 1-12km and medical services in the neighbouring localities. The nearest hospital is 18km away. There are recreational and sports facilities in the vicinity and more widely within 80km. Cultural history can be experienced through the many castles, museums and monuments. Forests and lakes, as well as wild animal and bird parks invite you to enjoy unforgettable nature experiences.

    “Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Sie ist sauber und schön kühl bei der Hitze, während wir dort waren. Gefallen hat uns die Terrasse, die groß und mit dem Steingarten schön angelegt ist. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut und die Vermieter waren nett. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.”
