This holiday apartment is in the long Prtlog bay, five minutes from the sea. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey semi-detached house, the one next door is also rented to tourists. But both houses have their own, fully enclosed garden area.
If your apartment on the ground floor of the semi-detached house is rented out, then the other apartment on the first floor remains closed, so you can enjoy the whole house and the outdoor area to yourselves. The apartment features an eclectic style, furnished in an appealing mix of styles, with mostly handmade items. The spacious living room with a big window comprises a rustic kitchen with a dining space and a sitting area. The kitchen is fully-equipped. There is a dining table for six people. You can watch TV from the comfortable sofa, which also serves as a bed for a further person at night. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The large master bedroom has two wardrobes and a double bed 180cm wide. The charming second bedroom, which is smaller, has a bunk bed for two people. There is also a spacious bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer.
Enjoy the beautiful garden, grill and relax during a games evening on the terrace or relax in the hammocks with a view of the old town of Labin. If you like activities, you can also play badminton. Three private car parking spaces are available.
The apartment is decorated in an eclectic style and most of the interior is hand made.
It is just five minutes to the town centre of Labin with shopping facilities, cafes and restaurants, and ten minutes to the tourist town Rabac. These are also ideal distances for a bicycle trip.
