Modern villa close to De Veluwe

This luxurious, detached villa is located on the spacious and wooded holiday park Landgoed De Scheleberg. In the middle of nature, yet only 7 km from the city of Ede and 5 km from the town of Lunteren.

The villa is comfortable and fully furnished and consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room with TV and an open kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a combination microwave. Next to that, you will find a bedroom with an ensuite with shower. There is a separate toilet in the hall. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. All bedrooms have two 1-pers. box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup.

The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for one car at the villa.

At the Landgoed De Scheleberg holiday park, various chalets, holiday homes and villas can be booked for four to eight people.

Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only
