Next to the town of Zadar, in a peaceful fishing village of Vrsi, this small and comfortable holiday home is located, with a beautiful orchard of Mediterranean figurines. It is only approx. 700 meters away of the beach of none commercial character, so there you will enjoy the peace. Additionally in the bay is also a well-known medicinal mud. The plot is natural and is ideal for gatherings and rest from stress. If you are a history or archeology fan in about 5 km is one of the oldest Croatian cities, Nin, the former capital of our kings, and approx. 7 km away s a tourist village Zaton that offers many sports and recreational facilities. This region is surrounded by 5 National parks: Paklenica, Kornati, Plitvice lakes, Krka waterfalls and North Velebit, which can be visited by car or boat for an hour or two of drive. Be sure to visit the fairy-tale city of Zadar, which is full of historical and cultural sights to the modern attractions such as Sea Organ and Greetings to the sun. In addition to the surrounding area, do not miss to try out great and rich gastronomic offer.

    “Die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist vieles, sofern überhaupt vorhanden erneuerungswürdig!. Fehlende Teller, viel zu wenig Besteck, defekter Warmwasserboiler (der wurde allerdings innerhalb eines Tages repariert), defekte Duschhalterung! Da wir mit Hund angereist waren haben wir uns auf ein eingezäuntes Grundstück (war angegeben) gefreut. Fehlanzeige, war an mehreren Stellen so offen wie ein Scheunentor!!!!!!!!!
    Schaukel (war defekt)
    Der Campingtisch im Garten ist beim anheben auseinander gefallen (war uralt), eine von drei Campingliegen ist beim draufsetzen durch gebrochen (nein, ich bin nicht zu schwer). Sämtliche Fenster und Läden am Haus klemmen oder schließen garnicht mehr! Das angepriesene W-Lan war sehr, sehr schwach. Bei Wind oder Regen war garnichts mehr da, sehr zum leidwesen unserer Kinder die wir dann mit einem Hot Spot versorgen mußten!!!!!!!” “Die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
