With its hardwood decor, La Villa El Cortijo Andaluz, offers a pleasant alternative within the Finca Roche Viejo. Roche Viejo is a rural environment dotted with small plots where you can find quiet and pleasant rural houses, most surrounded by small vegetables gardens where you can buy fresh vegetables directly to producers, or isolated pine trees of what was before the extensive pine forest of Roche, where the people of Conil usually spend the Holidays for your rest.

The light and airy living room dominates the entrance of the house. This looks over the swimming pool, located in a natural setting ensuring a relaxing and quiet holiday for those who want to forget the stresses of everyday living. There is one double and one single room on the top floor and another double room on the ground floor, accommodating five people.

With more than 1000 m of garden and grove there are high walls ensuring the privacy of residents within the estate. There is private parking for two cars in the plot and an outdoor barbecue installed near the porch where one can lounge in the afternoon enjoying the sights of the garden.

Car is need it to move around, since although the distances are short, the villa is placed in a rural area in the souroundings of the centre of Conil. There is a private parking free of charge up to 2 cars in the plot of the Villa.
Bike is very useful and there are lot of bike routes in the area.

It is a very recommended area to rest, as it is isolated from the main towns, but it is not lacking in services. We can find several campsites, restaurants, grocery stores, supermarket, etc. Conil is located about 4 km, by the road that a Conil with its port Pesquero, the place that should not skip visiting for its fresh fish restaurants. El Pinar de Roche is a protected natural area formed by a pinewood pine forest, located in Conil, which was declared a Place of Community Importance (LIC) in 2006, and integrated in the Natura 2000 network. This is the starting point of hiking and bikes routes, enjoy pic-nics by the river and the spring and autumn fungi collection. Food services, entertainment, restaurants .., etc. are guaranteed by nearby facilities that offer good quality. Less than 700 m from the beaches of Roche and close to the beaches of Conil it offers sanctuary away from the bustle and night life of the town.
