The villa has one more advantage. It is located in Agia Pelagia, a seaside fishing village built in the centre of a picturesque amphitheatric bay, 23 km northwest from Heraklion capital city of the island of Crete and just 24 kilometres away from the airport. The Villa is divided into two autonomous but at the same time connected (through the gym area) homes. Both of them are looking at the North side of Crete, at the Cretan sea. The Villa has been designed into a multi-level approach, which means that there are many levels-floors but all of them have either sea views or pool view or garden view.

West Wing Villa

Lower Level: Gym Area, Home theater room with kitchen facilities and a wine cellar

East wing villa

First Level: one bedroom with double bed, mountain view, en suite bathroom with shower tube
Middle level: one bedroom, double bed, no-view, en suite bathroom with shower tube
Lower Level : one bedroom, double bed, sea view, en suite bathroom tube.

Ground level: Infinity pool which is between the two buildings, small church, parking area, garden, mini basketball court
Lower level: 2 kiosks in the garden area.

The villa features a very classy and luxurious interior, combining the luxurious sense with practicality.
The two separate living rooms and the two kitchen rooms, offer the necessary privacy, even if the villa is shared by the shame family or companionship.
