    “Nur wenige Autominuten vom Meer entfernt liegt dieses neuwertige Haus. Weit genug, um oft dann noch Sonne zu haben, wenn mal dichter Nebel die Küste verhüllt. Ländlich abgeschieden und am Ortsrand, aber dennoch ist die Autobahn und damit Ausflugsziele wie z.B. Viana do Castelo, Porto oder auch die Serra de Arga schnell erreicht.
    Straßenlärm hat man hier nicht zu befürchten. Frühmorgens krähen in der Nachbarschaft Hähne und auch anderes Getier gibt Laut. Wir haben`s zur Kenntnis genommen, gestört hat es uns nicht.
    Ein (Miet-)auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

    Im Nachbarort Forjaes - schätzungsweise 2 km entfernt - befindet sich ein kleines Ladenzentrum mit Supermarkt und Bäckerei.

    Das großzügige, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Sowohl an Sauberkeit, als auch an Ausstattung ist es kaum zu übertreffen. Es fehlt einfach an nichts.

    Wir waren Samstag abends erst nach 21 Uhr eingetroffen. Kein Problem, die sympathischen und sehr netten Vermieter haben uns einen herzlichen Empfang bereitet. Eine Kleinigkeit zu essen stand für uns auf dem Herd, Wein und eine große, reich gefüllte Obstschale auf dem Tisch. Sogar für reichhaltige Frühstücke für unsere ersten Urlaubstage war bereits gesorgt.
    Die Vermieterin spricht fließend englisch, die Verständigung ist daher unproblematisch.
