This nice country house with private pool is located in a quiet side valley between the cities of Cortona (20 km) and Città di Castello (28 km). The house has modern furnishings and various exits to the garden and to the covered terrace. On the extensive property there is a barbecue, the above pool area with sun terrace and a small fenced fishing lake - all framed by olive trees. The owner lives in the neighbouring house and provides the guests on request fishing rods and also two mountain bikes. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, baby bed on request. Excursion destinations are the beautiful cities Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona (20 km). Here you will find the beautiful Piazza del Duomo with a beautiful panorama view on the countryside. Arezzo with its impressive main square Piazza Grande with the church of Santa Maria della Pieve and the monumental Palazzo delle Logge is 40 km from here. Every first Sunday of the month, a picturesque antique market takes place in this charming city. In 50 - 60 km you can also reach interesting destinations in the region Umbria: the medieval town of Gubbio with its impressive Palazzo dei Consoli and Roman theatre, Perugia with its monuments of the old town and the fascinating subterranean Rocca Paolina, and Lake Trasimeno with its equipped beaches and romantic islands.
