    “Top Lage am See, nächster Nachbar ca. 30 m entfernt.
    Toller Vermieter, der sich kümmert, wenn es Probleme gibt.
    Das Baden vom Grundstück aus, ist eigentlich nicht möglich,der Untergrund ist zu schlammig und modrig, ein Steg oder Badeplattform fehlt.
    Das Haus ist aus den 70er Jahren und das merkt man auch, es ist geräumig und hat ein gute Raumaufteilung, bedarf von innen aber einer gründlichen Renovierung.
    Interieur, Möbel, Küchenausstattung sowie Matratzen usw. haben ihren Zenit längst überschritten
    und müssten dringend erneuert werden.
    Das WC ist ok, obwohl etwas eng.
    Die Schränke, Kommoden, Regale usw. sind ziemlich vollgestellt, sodass kaum Platz für eigene Sachen/Kleidung.
