Die Park-Villa ist 250 m vom Bodensee und vom Haupthaus auf einem 2000m² großen Parkgrundstück in traumhafter Lage gelegen.
Die Villa wurde im toskanischen Stil neu erbaut und ist umgeben von mächtigen Baumriesen. Die neu eingerichteten Wohnungen im mediterranem Ambiente bieten eine Wohnfläche von 75m² bis 220m² sowie ein, zwei oder drei Schlafzimmer.
Alle Wohnungen verfügen über große Balkone und Terrassen, teilweise überdacht mit herrlicher Sicht auf Park oder See. Am Haus finden Sie einen privaten Parkplatz vor. Bei Bedarf stehen Ihnen Tiefgaragenparkplätze (gegen Gebühr) zur Verfügung.
Mit Ihrer Gästekarte haben Sie kostenlosen Eintritt in das Naturstrandbad, in das Hallenbad und zur Ausstellung „Historische Schiffe“. Das Internet kann ebenfalls kostenlos genutzt werden. Sie können sich in der Bücherei Ihre Urlaubslektüre ausleihen oder die Tennisplätze am Nonnenbach kostenlos nutzen. Kinder sind auf Grund der direkten Strandlage erst ab einem Alter von 12 Jahren in den Ferienwohnungen herzlich willkommen.
Der Privatstrand, der Badesteg, eigene Gästefahrräder (gegen Gebühr), die eigenen Boote, Panorama-Strandsauna und Wellnesseinrichtungen können in der Pension am Bodensee (bitte um Beachtung das Haus Pension am Bodensee ist ein adults only Haus, ab 18 Jahre) zu den Öffnungszeiten mit genutzt werden.
Gut erzogene Hunde sind auf Anfrage in den Ferienwohnungen möglich. Bitte haben Sie Verständnis, dass Hundebesitzer ihre Haustiere nicht ins Haupthaus (Pension) und an den privaten Strand mitbringen dürfen.
Die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt ca. 250 m, zum Supermarkt (EDEKA) ca. 400 m, zur Schiffsanlegestelle und Restaurants ca. 300 m.
Park Villa
The Park Villa offers exclusive five-star holiday apartments, about 200 metres from Lake Constance, on a 2000m² park site in a fabulous location in the Schlössle-Park. Park Villa was newly built in a Tuscan style and is surrounded by enormous trees.
The apartments with 75 to 220m² of living space have one, two or three bedrooms. They are newly furnished with a Mediterranean flair. The “Il Giardino” apartment for a maximum of four people provides 110m² of living space plus a 50m² terrace. It has two bedrooms, a generous, open and fully-equipped kitchen with a living and dining room, and a total of six exits onto the terrace. Free Wi-Fu and DSL in every room, two flatscreen TVs with Internet radio, a spacious bathroom with a WC and bath, an extra walk-in rainforest shower with underfloor heating, an additional separate WC.
All the apartments have large balconies or terraces, partially roofed, with a wonderful view of the park or the lake. There is a sauna in the main house. Access to Lake Constance is just 200 metres away. This apartment has a roofed 50m² west-facing terrace with lounge furniture, a large table and bench and an electric terrace grill. The terrace directly adjoins the park-like garden. An electric terrace grill is available. There is a private parking space by the house. It is in a quiet location right by the park, Kneipp basin and Zen garden.
Some guest bicycles, a boat and rowing boat are available. Only dogs are allowed as pets.
It is about 250 metres to the beach, 400 metres to the Edeka supermarket, 300 metres to the boat pier and restaurants.
