Die Villa ist in einer Sackgasse und ca. 800 Meter vom bekannten Falesia Strand (Albufeira) entfernt gelegen.Gemütliche Villa mit Pool, Terrasse/BBQ Strandnaehe (800m), nutzen Sie die Nähe zum Ortszentrum sowie zu ausgedehnten Strandbesuchen, erleben Sie die mediterrane Umgebung bei Ausflügen, Erkundungstouren oder bei verschiedenen Sportangeboten und lassen Sie einen erlebnisreichen Tag gemütlich bei einem Grillabend ausklingen

Die geräumige und gemütliche Villa mit privat Pool (7x4m) und aircon in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer verteilt sich auf ca. 270m². Fuenf Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem en Suite Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC bieten allen Gästen genügend Platz. Während Sie in den ersten beiden Schlafzimmer jeweils ein französisches Bett und ein Einzelbett vorfinden, sind in den zwei weiteren Schlafräumen jeweils nur ein französisches Bett vorhanden, das kleine Schlafzimmer ist mit 2 Einzelbetten ausgestattet.. Die große Küche ist komplett mit allen wichtigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Neben einer Spülmaschine stehen weiterhin noch ein Toaster, Wasserkocher, Filter-Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Waschmaschine u.v.m. für Sie zur Verfügung. Im angrenzenden Esszimmer lädt der große Esstisch nach dem Zubereiten und Kochen zum gemeinsamen Speisen und zum geselligen Beisammensein ein. Im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer laden nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag Sitzgelegenheiten mit einem Kabel-TV zum Verweilen ein.



Die Villa ist komplett eingezäunt. Vom Wohnbereich gelangen Sie auf die überdachte Terrasse. Entspannen Sie sich auf den Sonnenliegen beim Sonnenbad oder nehmen Sie eine Erfrischung im hauseigenen Pool. Lassen Sie interessante Urlaubstage gemütlich bei einem Grillabend ausklingen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Nachtlärm nicht erlaubt ist. Diese Villa ist nicht für Jugendliche oder Gruppen zu empfehlen.

Der berühmte Falesia Strand (800m) sowie Restaurants (800m), Bars (800m), die Bushaltestelle (300m) und ein Supermarkt (800m) sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zentrum vom Olhos de Água ist nur einen Kilometer entfernt. Ein Shopping Center ist ca. 13km entfernt gelegen. Das Stadtzentrum von Albufeira (sechs km) und andere herrliche Strände sind in der Nähe, sowie Golfplätze (9 Loch Platz ca. 1,5km), Wasserparks oder ein Reitstall (1,5km) sind mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Aber auch interessante Orte wie Faro (35km), Portimão (45km), Lagos (65km), Sagres (85km), Lissabon (250km) oder Sevilla (280km) warten auf Ihren Besuch.

    “We recently stayed here and having nothing but positive feedback. The villa was exceptionally clean, very spacious and had everything in it we needed for the long weekend. It is also located very close to pubs, restaurants shops pharmacies, nothing was more than a 10-15 minute walk,

    “het huis was heel schoon en netjes ingericht, elke kamer airco, schone bedden etc. binnenkant huis was top!
    de buitenkant was iets minder, allerlei kleine onverwachte afstapjes zeker bij het zwembad. een aantal van ons(nee niet dronken) zijn flink onderuit gegaan. zonneschermen waren niet zoals op de foto waardoor je in de ochtend weg brandde aan de ontbijt tafel. 1 zonnescherm hing er nog maar toen we hem uitdraaide was deze helemaal gescheurd en was dus al kapot waardoor deze de hele vakantie half gescheurd eruit heeft gehangen( haal het dan weg, maar nog beter, hang 2 nieuwe op)
    buiten was niet genoeg plek voor 12 mensen, meer georienteerd op 8 mensen.”
