    “Die Wohnung ist hell, bietet genug Raum für 2-3 Personen, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und liegt vor allem sehr gut: nur ca. 200 Meter von der Strandpromenade Palm Beach mit den anliegenden großen Badestränden, einem schönen kleinen Park, der mittags zum Picknicken einlädt, und dem Yachthafen. Da die Wohnung nach Norden heraus liegt, bleibt sie nachts vergleichsweise kühl, obwohl viel Licht einfällt. Einziger Nachteil: Vom Place de L'Etang tönt schon früh morgens der Lärm der Straßenreinigung. Aber dafür ist es natürlich auch sauber ... Kostenlose sichere Parkplätze für das Auto gibt es in direkter Nachbarschaft am Place de L'Etang.”
