Not to be missed are the baroque monuments of the historical center and the Cathedral of Noto. Some distances: Modica (40 km), with the archaeological sites of Cava d?Ispica, Scicli (55 km) nestled between mountains and sea and Catania (93 km) at the foot of Etna. Only 20 km away is Pozzallo, from here you can embark to the island of Malta.
