Elegant family house with private pool

Beautiful Villa Eva with pool located 10 km from Porec and the sea.The house is located in the small village of Matulini which provides guests with complete peace. Just a few minutes drive there is a supermarket, restaurant, coffee bar and gas station. 

Villa Eva of 250m2 on two air-conditioned floors with a capacity of 6 people. On the ground floor we find a living room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace with dining table, one double bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with balcony and bathroom.

In its fenced yard, guests have at their disposal a 25 m2 swimming pool, 4 deck chairs, a dining table, a barbecue and a covered parking space.

Furthermore, there is a travel bed and feeding chair (on request) for small children in the holiday home.

The beach is about 12 km away. The town centre of Poreč with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 12 km away. If you are coming by Istrian highway – Ypsilon, take exit Baderna. Follow signs for Porec. You’ll see a left turn sign for Bonaci. You take it. Continue on this tiny road until you reach the next sign for village Matulini. Just drive on the road for about 1 km; when you come to the only small crossing, keep on straight. We’re the third house in the village. If you aren’t coming with highway, bear in mind that we are on the main road Porec – Pazin. From direction Porec you look for Bonaci sign and turn right; if you are coming from direction Pazin then you need to catch left turn for Bonaci.

    “Wir bedanken uns herzlich für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Es ist sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet! Dank der großzügigen Räumlichkeiten finden sich auch trotz Maximalbelegung Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die benachbarten Vermieter, die bei Fragen immer erreichbar waren, zeigten sich sehr nett, kinderfreundlich und aufmerksam, stellten beispielsweise ungefragt einen großen Sonnenschirm auf, der uns am Pool Schatten spendete. Die Tochter spricht deutsch und konnte unkompliziert per WhatsApp kontaktiert werden. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen.”
