The charmingly and luxuriously furnished house “Summer Lodge” with three designer holiday apartments enjoys an excellent and sunny south-facing location above Opatija and the picturesque little fishing village Volosko. Each of the three holiday apartments affords a wonderful and breathtaking view (also from the pool) over the whole of Kvarner Bay – an ideal place for leisurely, as well as active holiday-makers who are looking for a special holiday experience far away from the hustle and bustle of town. Many beautiful walking paths leads from the Opatija Riviera up to the peak of the 1401-metre-high mountain Ucka, which affords a unique panorama over the bay.
You will soon feel at home in this attractive, atmospheric 70m² holiday apartment in a privileged location with a wonderful sea view. The apartment has a very large living room (satellite TV, stereo system, DVD player), a comfortable bedroom (double bed 180cm wide), a fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine), and a bathroom with a shower and WC.
From the generous and sheltered veranda (1om²) you can enjoy the wonderful surroundings and the relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere. The veranda has a garden suite for 6 people. There are at least two sun loungers and other furniture by the pool, as well as a large parasol and a garden shower. The garden is enclosed by a fence and laurel bushes and is therefore suitable for children.
Please note that the pool measures 7 x 3 metres and is up to 1.5 metres deep. The water quality is checked periodically according to regulations (at least once a week or 10 days) and the lawn is also mowed every week to 10 days. A child’s bed and a highchair are available.
It is about 3.5km to the sea and the fishing village Volosko. The centre of Opatija is about 4.5km away and Rijeka about 6km away. The centre of Kastav with cafes, restaurants and supermarkets is about 2.5km away. It is only 300-400m to the nearest shops and restaurants.
