La Domus Superior - Lotte Osnabrück
You can escape everyday stress and the hecticness of town, without being far away from anything. La Domus Superior is centrally located with very good transport connections. Right in front of the door there are two bus stops with connections to Osnabrück or Ibbenbüren. The well-known Lotte motorway junction (A1/A30) is a few minutes away.
It is an apartment for 2 persons plus a maximum of 2 guests. The living room of around 21m² provides a 55” flat-screen TV, satellite channels and a Blu-ray player, a comfortable sofa (incl. divan) that can be converted into a large bed (130 x 260cm). The big dining table with four comfortable chairs provides space for dining and working, as well as enjoying a view of nature through the window front. The bedroom of around 11m² has a comfortable kingsize box spring bed (180 x 20cm) that can also be used as two single beds (2 x 90 x 200cm), as well as a cupboard with ample storage space and a bedside table on each side of the bed with a three-step dimmable LED lamp with touch function. The 10m² fully-equipped kitchen provides everything you need, such as a fridge, oven, stove with a ceramic hob and a microwave, as well as a dishwasher. You can enjoy your freshly brewed coffee or tea at the counter with four bar stools. A pads and filter coffee machine is available. The 7m² bathroom has quality fittings, including a WC (soft close), a cupboard with a mirror and integrated lighting, an almost 1m² corner shower and a high-quality bath for a pleasant bubble bath. This is right below the skylight, so you can relax under a starry sky.
