This total new restored holiday home is situated private and lonely just 10 km from the Svenstorps lake. Large bathing room with whirlpool. Own boat and bathing jetty. There is a 65 m2 large terrace with a perpetual barbeque by the lake. From all the rooms are views to the lake, all bed rooms are in a high standard with box mattress. Nearby Uggle forest, which is the perfect place for relaxing or a holiday during convalescence. Large Damm is a quiet area, which invite for a uniq bird life. A lot of lakes in the area. Smoking just allowed in the living room.

    “Das Haus war sicherlich einmal schön. Die Betonung liegt auf WAR. Denn aktuell ist es schlicht eine Zumutung! Es wurde offensichtlich seit Jahren nichts mehr im und um das Haus gemacht (auch keine nötigen Reparaturen, wie zum Beispiel die kaputte Duschkabine, die kaputten Gartenmöbel, die kaputte Außenbeleuchtung, die kaputte Holzterrasse, der kaputte Bootssteg). Die Matratzen der Betten waren total versifft. Gleiches gilt für die Couch. Der Sandkasten und die Schaukel sollten besser auch nicht genutzt werden. Durch das hohe Gras (gemäht wurde natürlich auch nicht), war da aber eh kein Herrankommen.
    Die Lage des Hauses ist so schön. Warum nur steckt der Eigentümer nicht einmal ein wenig Geld in die Pflege und Reparatur des Hauses?! Denn in diesem Zustand das Haus zu dem Preis zu vermieten und als "4 Sterne" zu bezeichnen, ist eine Frechtheit. Die Bilder in der Angebotsbeschreibung sind ganz offensichtlich schon einige Jahre alt (sie stammen vermutlich von der letzten Renovierung im Jahr 2005). Erkennbar ist das an dem Baum hinter dem Grill, der zwischenzeitlich eine stattliche Höhe erreicht hat.
