This vacation home with a large garden is located in the immediate vicinity of the famous hamlet of Marzamemi and is only 3 km from Pachino. The proximity to the beach (200 m) makes it the ideal destination for a relaxing beach vacation. The beach offers both free and equipped beach sections and from here you can also visit on foot the characteristic hamlet of Marzamemi with its beautiful town square and one of the oldest ?tonnara? in the area - here you can taste a typical local specialty: the bottarga di tonno rosso. The house is an ideal starting point to visit the beautiful towns of the Sicilian Baroque: Modica (38 km), Ragusa (55 km) and Noto (UNESCO World Heritage Site). For nature lovers: only 3 km away is the protected oasis of Vendicari in Val di Noto. At a distance of 100 km is Mount Etna, here you have the possibility of crater walks and you can admire the ancient lava flows. The port of Pozzallo is 20 km away and from here boats leave for Malta.
