Vakantiewoning in de natuur Schitterende kindvriendelijke vrijliggende woning aan de bosrand. Onze vrijstaande 4-seizoenen vakantiewoning ligt in het Feriendorf Frankenau naast het natuurgebied Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee nabij het stadje Frankenau. Direct vanuit het huis en in de directe omgeving zijn het hele jaar door legio mogelijkheden om in de prachtige natuur te wandelen, te skiën, mountainbiking en nordic-walking. Paardrijden behoort ook tot de mogelijkheden. Met Willingen en Winterberg op 45 min rijden ook uitermate geschikt voor wintersport.
Het huis is geschikt voor maximaal 10 personen en voorzien van een nieuwe en moderne inrichting. De woning bestaat uit 2 zelfstandige woonlagen. Beide keukens zijn compleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. In de zithoek staat een TV met zenders in HD kwaliteit met een DVD-speler en een gezellige houtkachel. Om de grote eettafel staan 6 moderne stoelen. Een kinderstoel en campingbedje zijn aanwezig. Het huis heeft een ruime tuin rondom met veel privacy, zon- en schaduwmogelijkheden.
Om het huis is veel ruimte. Met de ligging op het zuiden heb je heel de dag zon. Lekker buiten eten aan de grote picknick tafel of in de tuinset naast het huis, altijd lekker relaxen.
In het huis is gratis Internet met Wifi aanwezig. Er mag in het huis niet gerookt worden en huisdieren zijn toegestaan.
Het huis is gelegen in het Kellerwald, in dit beschermde natuurgebied kun je heerlijke wandelingen maken, nordic walken, of bijvoorbeeld mountainbiken.
