In a popular cottage area close to the beach and town lies this beautiful vacation home on a large natural plot. The house is well insulated, well furnished and will meet most wishes and demands for a modern vacation home. The area is naturally beautiful with a varied terrain and you can cycle, walk or jog in the area. Among other things, there is a bike path along the water to Ebeltoft. Within an hour drive you can visit many attractions.

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung in einer Senke. In der Siedlung sind die Straßen unbefestigt. Es ist dort sehr ruhig. Die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt. Bis zum Strand sind es etwa 900 m. Von außen empfing uns das Haus mit einem großzügigen Parkplatz, weiträumiger Terrasse und Kinderschaukel. Im Inneren ist es zweckmäßig eingeräumt. Besonderen Luxus sollte man nicht erwarten.

    Es gibt vier Schlafräume, zwei davon mit etwas stärkerer Dachneigung, dazu ein Alkoven direkt unterm Dach, ein Bad mit WC und Dusche, ein weiteres mit Dusche, WC, Whirlpool und Sauna, eine offene Küche zum Essplatz und Wohnraum. Zu unserem Leidwesen haben es unsere Vormieter mit der Sauberkeit sehr großzügig gesehen. Wir fanden Essensreste und Q-Tips unter einem Bett und dem Nachttisch, das Geschirr war teilweise noch verschmutzt und der Boden nicht einmal gekehrt.

    Die Spiegel im Bad waren mit Flecken aller Art bekleckert, ein zerbrochenes Windlicht zierte den Kamin. Eine Steckdose wurde nach Reklamation notdürftig verklebt.
