    “Prima ligging, rustig en toch heel dichtbij boulevard, restaurants en winkels. Huis was in orde en schoon, alles om zelf te koken was aanwezig. Ook handig (wij hadden 'm maar 1 keer nodig), een prima wasmachine.
    Vanaf het dakterras een prachtig uitzicht over het haventje, de boulevard, de Middellandse zee en de bergen. Er was een grote terrastafel en genoeg stoelen, waslijn en knijpers.Twee toiletten, een op de woonetage, een op de slaapetage. Douchen in de badkuip, wat ons betreft is een inloopdouche lekkerder. Huis was fris ingericht, hier en daar precies het juiste schilderijtje aan de muur, verder alles wit.
    De bedden (matrassen), waren wat minder, we misten een waterkoker of ketel (water koken in een pannetje) en als er buren zijn, hoor je dat goed met ramen, deuren, bad en toilet.
    Voor de prijs prima, als je er met de aangegeven 5 personen gaat zitten zelfs goedkoop. Wij waren met z'n 2-en en we denken dat het met 5 tamelijk vol is.”

    “Het huisje ligt fantastisch, op loopafstand van centrum Llanca haven en het strand. In prima staat van onderhoud, schoon en praktische inrichting. Het dakterras is de absolute aanrader met magnigfiek uitzicht over de baai.
    Enige minpuntje is dat de centrale ligging tevens betekent dat er omgevingsgeluiden zijn bijvoorbeeld 's morgens bij opstart winkels, mensen die naar hun werk gaan op een brommertje etc. Maar de voordelen wegen daar ruimschoots tegenop.”
