The Villa Banjole is located in a walking distance from the beach and it is an excellent choice for all those who would like to spend vacation in a great new villa with pool near the sea. Villa Banjole can accommodate up to 8+2 guests. In the Villa there are 4 bedrooms with bathroom en suite, living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. You can relax in the green garden with private pool , lay on sun loungers and enjoy the sun beauty or you can also prepare specialties on charcoal barbecue for your friends. If you want to go to the beach just take your towel and in a few minutes by walk you are at the beach but also at walking distance there are amazing restuarants. The Villa Banjole is air conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 3 cars and provides everything for an enjoyable holiday.

80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.

    “Im Ganzen war der Urlaub eine Katastrophe und sehr enttäuschend.
    Aufgrund ihrer nicht wahrheitsgemäßen Angaben wäre eigentlich eine Teilrückzahlung das mindeste!!!! Negativ: die Villa ist nur ein geräumiges Doppelhaus, die versprochene Fläche war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Nicht einsehbar ist nicht der Wahrheit entsprechend man kann von allen Seiten einsehen und das nächste Doppelhaus ist keine 10 m von der Terrasse entfernt.
    Die angegebenen Entfernungen zum Strand, ect. stimmen ebenfalls nicht sondern liegen viel weiter weg.
    Das Haus ist noch nicht ganz fertig gestellt, diverse Elektroarbeiten fehlen, wie die Antriebe für die Rolladen, keiner konnte vernünftig ausschlafen.
    Die Bauendreinigung wurde nur sehr mangelhaft ausgeführt da noch Reste von Fugenmassen der Fliesenarbeiten vorhanden waren. Montageschaum war ebenfalls nicht komplett entfernt. Der Pool wurde nur nach Aufforderung gereinigt. Der Kühlschrank ist für die Personenzahl viel zu klein.
    Die Pooltechnik ist viel zu laut und für das untere Schlafzimmer sehr störend.”
