Sea apartment by beach is located in Koromačno, a place by the sea. Apartment is away from beach only 20 meters. Parking is available (near house)and is free.
Koromacno is a small, quiet place by the sea. Through the place is different beaches (sandy and rocky), and sea cliffs. Only 200 meters away there are beaches that are perfect for those who love intimacy.

Sea apartment by beach is located on the 1st floor and has an area of 60 m2 + 5 balcony with a beautiful view of the sea, from which you can observe dolphins and sunset.
Apartment contains one double bed and in other room twin beds that can be put together or apart (on request),.
Bathroom has washing machine, hair dryer, shampoo, towels.
Kitchen has a dish washer, coffee machine, kettle, microvave, toaster, refrigerator and freezer, furnace, stove - everything you need.
The living room has a big table with chairs for 4 peoples, and leather couch.
Apartment is equipped with air condition, satellite TV. WIFI internet for free., everything you need to enjoy in your stay.

You can enjoy on beaches and sea cliffs and also swim in cristal clear Adriatic sea. In terrace you can taste our traditional food, drink wine and enjoy in most beautifull sunset. If you have lucky you can see dolphins. We are welcome to sailors. We offer boat mooring for your boats,

On the balcony of apartment you can taste our traditional food, drink wine and enjoy in most beautifull sunset. If you have lucky you can see dolphins. Balcony has table with 3 chairs and is only 20 meters away from the sea.
GRILL place was located in the shade of an old oak in the courtyard of the apartment.

In apartment you can taste quality home made wine and brandy with honey, and other herbs.
We also own kayak for your exploring advnture, for free. you can visit wild beaches and bunkers from WW2.
We also have mooring for boats..

Above Koromačno is a hill Skitača. There is something that is not anywhere in the world. Only 10 meters below the summit of one of the four peaks that surround this village is a unique natural phenomenon - in a stone is quite small water source. In this water source is always water, even when the sun heated up to 40 degrees Celsius. Nowhere in this region does not have a drop of water, except in that place.

From Skitaca you can see the whole region, the peaks of Učka and Ćićarija, and across central Istria night lights can be seen from Trieste. You can see Medulin and Pula, and on the horizon with a clear weather you can see Venice. The whole Rijeka city and Kvarner bay are in front of you. Across the sea is the island of Cres. Slightly lower right is seen islands Losinj and the Unije. Over Cres you can see island Krk, in the distance, island Rab and Pag. The view stretches far towards Zadar. Over the summer, the most beautiful view from Skitaca is by day and also by night, and from there you can see the best sunsets.

You can rent a boat and visit cape Ubaš near Koromačno, or you can go walk on hill Skitača 425 m/high.
Also you can go walking near sea to visit lighthouse Crna punta and by the way visit most beautifull sand beach named Voščica.

Market are 50m away from the apartment, Caffe bar 80m, Restaurant 200m away. Camp Tunarica is located 3km away.

    Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und vorzeitig in die Wohnung gelassen. Klasse.
    Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und super gut ausgestattet.
    Strand ist vor der Tür und super geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.
    Ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Restaurant sind in der Nähe.
    Ein erholsamer Urlaub mit viel Sonne und super schönem Meer.”

    “Jederzeit wieder und werde es gerne weiterempfehlen. Positiv: Die Lage und der Meerblick ist toll. Wir wurden persönlich freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen und verabschiedet. Die
    naheliegende Fabrik hat uns nicht gestört. Der Balkon ist für 3 Personen nutzbar, für 4 Gäste wird es eng. Die Betten waren sehr gut und alles war sauber. Über die Waschmaschine haben wir uns gefreut. Der Kühlschrank ist ausreichend groß um sich bei Bedarf selbst zu versorgen. Toll ist der Laden nur wenige Schritte von der Unterkunft entfernt, man bekommt alles und ist nicht sehr teuer. Die Konoba Ubas ist auch fußläufig erreichbar und gut. Die Verständigung mit der Vermieterin ging sehr einfach über Whatsapp und sie war stets erreichbar und aufmerksam.
    Wunderschöne Buchten in der Nähe und der Strand direkt vorm Haus Negativ: Besteck und Geschirr war für 3 Leute ein bißchen wenig, da die Spülmaschine sehr groß ist
    und man sie nicht halb leer einschalten will. Restaurant: Konoba Ubas, - sehr günstige typische Gerichte Ausflüge: Promenade Rabac - Am Ende schöne wenig besuchte Kiesbuchten”
